Sligo Youth Darts Academy Launches!

We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of the brand new Sligo Youth Darts Academy, a fantastic initiative dedicated to nurturing the next generation of darting talent in our county!

This wonderful opportunity for our young aspiring players is spearheaded by none other than Sligo County Team stalwart, Damien Hennigan. Damien has worked tirelessly over recent months, dedicating his time and effort to secure necessary funding, organize a suitable venue, arrange insurance, and take care of all the important requirements to get this academy off the ground.

The Sligo Youth Darts Academy aims to provide a supportive and structured environment for boys and girls aged 8 to 17 to learn the game, develop their skills, and potentially begin their competitive darting careers. It's all about giving the youth of Sligo the platform they need to shine.

Registration Details:

 

• Date: Saturday, 21st June 2025
• Time: 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
• Venue: MCR Community Centre, Mail Coach Road, Sligo
• Ages: Boys and Girls aged 8 to 17
• Requirement: Please bring a passport or birth certificate for proof of age.

This is a brilliant chance for young people to get involved in a fun and engaging sport, learn from one of Sligo's best, and make new friends. We encourage all interested parents and guardians to bring their children along to the registration day.
